This version of Quorra is set after the end of the movie. She is in the outside world, with the entirety of her experience from the Grid, including the millennium or so with Flynn, in her mind.

hisfathers_son is taking Encom back, with Alan as chairman of the Board of the Directors. Instead of having her stay at home and get into trouble (curiosity inevitably leads there), they are helping her get more direct information about people and human society by training her as Sam's PA under the pseudonym Cora Cray.
